At Ao5 Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique home decor and art selections. If your purchase does not perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage your items in their original gallery-grade packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred insured carrier to send the items back to our Austin, Texas gallery location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
